Ongoing Compliance Support
Continuous monitoring, control sustainment, and audit-readiness on retainer — for contractors who treat compliance as a discipline, not a project.
What this engagement is
Initial certification is the milestone. Maintaining it is the discipline. Environments change, contracts grow, the 800-171 standard evolves (Rev. 3 is coming), assessment methodology gets updated, and prime contractor expectations ratchet upward. Static compliance posture decays.
The retainer model gives you a senior advisor on call. Monthly check-ins, quarterly evidence refresh, annual SPRS affirmation support, prime contractor liaison when questions come in, and change-management review whenever you onboard a new tool, acquire a company, or expand a contract.
Built for the kind of contractor who would otherwise need to hire a full-time ISSM but doesn't have the volume or budget for it. The retainer is roughly one-third the cost of an in-house FTE with deeper bench experience behind it.
